Osborne+Co is proud to announce the successful completion of the Campo Alegre acquisition, a 10,000-square-meter office building in the vibrant city of Porto. This acquisition represents a significant milestone for our company, marking our first entrance into the region.
We are eager to leverage the potential of Campo Alegre’s existing building and transform it into a premier office space that exceeds industry standards. Our team are delighted to be involved in creating a dynamic and sustainable prime office location to attract new international occupiers into Zone 1 CBD Boavista.
