We are a group of 30+ highly creative and energetic people united by a collective unquenchable passion for what we do and our industry. Our highly experienced leadership and delivery team has worked together for decades spearheading together over 50 high profile projects across The United States, Europe, Middle East, Africa, India and Asia Pacific.

We believe there are few development and investment groups with the breadth and diversity of markets that we have delivered and invested in and we are exceptionally proud of the expertise and talent in our team.

We work independently and in Joint Venture extensively across the world with investors, occupiers and landowners, focused on best in class partners.

Our global footprint ensures we are at the leading edge of innovation in workplace design, sustainable construction and placemaking.

With our sister company Osborne+Co Investment Management (OCIM) we raise and manage global capital from a diverse group of co-investors.
