LIMA Estate is a 700-hectare Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) – registered economic zone with 50,000 employees, considered the number one selling and the largest privately-owned industrial park in the Philippines. It is a mixed-use development hosting 111 locators, 100 retail stores and restaurants, a 4-star hotel with 138 rooms, a transportation hub, and over 2,000 households.

Currently, a thriving industrial-anchored estate, AboitizLand envisions it to be the next leading mixed-use economic centre for Calabrazon, with BPOs, dormitories, hotels, schools, hospitals, churches, and other institutions.

Anchored on its industrial park, LIMA Estate offers a full-service community, providing employment, retail, educational and recreational needs of its workforce, residents, and visitors.

Location

LIMA Estates is strategically located in the Lipa-Malvar area of Batangas, tagged as one of the next wave cities in the Philippines and part of the rapidly growing region of Calabrazon.

It is projected that the region’s growth will be further spurred by strategic infrastructure projects that aim to increase the inter-regional and intra-regional connectivity of major urban and industrial corridors.

Besides being the catch basin for spillover industries and population from Metro Manila, Calabrazon also benefits from in-migration from other provinces, resulting in a wealth of highly trained, educated, or experienced skilled labour.

Connectivity to the world and various parts of the country, plus an abundant skilled workforce, make this place an ideal base for industrial locators.
