Lancefield Quay

Lancefield Quay is a master-planned, build-to-rent residential scheme of circa 730 new homes designed in a joint venture with MODA Living, one of the UK's leading PRS developer operators. The site, comprising four acres, is situated on the Clyde Waterfront near the West End and the city centre.

Osborne+Co acquired the site without planning and assembled a leading design team to create the vision and master plan, which has attracted strong interest from the PRS market.

After 12 months of concerted stakeholder engagement with the city, planning department and local community, a planning application was jointly submitted with Moda Living in December 2021.

The results

Being very well received by the planning team, the scheme focuses on placemaking, which is key to both Osborne+Co and Moda’s vision to create an exciting new location to provide a high-quality public epicentre.

When completed, Lancefield Quay will be a new waterfront community of over 2000 people. We are targeting detailed planning consent for Q3 2023.
