A master-planned, build to rent residential scheme of circa 730 new homes designed in joint venture with MODA Living one of the UK’s leading PRS developer operators, the site comprises of four acres on the Clyde Waterfront in close proximity to the west end and the city centre.

Osborne+Co acquired the site without planning and have assembled a leading design team, creating the vision and masterplan, which has attracted strong interest from the PRS market. After 12 months of concerted stake holder engagement with the city, the planning department and the local community, a planning application was being submitted in December 21 in joint venture with Moda Living.

The results

The scheme has been very well received by the planning team and focuses on the placemaking aspect which is key to both Osborne +Co and Moda’s vision of creating an exciting new location with high quality public realm. When completed, Lancefield Quay will be a new waterfront community of over 2000 people. Detailed planning consent is targeted for Q3 2023.
